State President’s & Moderator's Council : To organize presidents of state conventions and moderators of associations for the purpose of fostering fellowship among these leaders. They shall provide a forum for the President of National Baptist Convention of America, Incorporated to communicate with state, district and local leaders for input in carrying out the Convention’s Objective.
